The invention discloses an industrial-grade anti-corrosion flame-retardant glass fiber reinforced plastic fence and a preparation process thereof. The industrial-grade anti-corrosion flame-retardant glass fiber reinforced plastic fence comprises the following components of: unsaturated resin, glass fibers, a curing agent, a plasticizer, an accelerant, expanded graphite powder, aluminum hydroxide powder and silicon dioxide powder. The composite material comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35.0 to 48.0 percent of unsaturated polyester resin, 26.0 to 35.0 percent of glassfiber, 4.0 to 6.0 percent of curing agent, 3.5 to 5.0 percent of plasticizer, 3.0 to 6.0 percent of accelerant, 6.0 to 10.0 percent of expanded graphite powder, 5.0 to 8.0 percent of aluminum hydroxide powder and 3.5 to 6.0 percent of silicon dioxide powder. The prepared industrial-grade anti-corrosion flame-retardant glass fiber reinforced plastic fence is high in hardness and good in curing degree, meanwhile, the heat deformation temperature can reach 185 DEG C or above, and the heat conductivity coefficient is low; and the prepared industrial-grade anti-corrosion flame-retardant glass fiberreinforced plastic fence has good impact strength and corrosion resistance and good using effect.
