The invention discloses a rail laying device for rail transit and a laying method thereof.The rail laying device comprises a moving table, two conveying covers are symmetrically and fixedly connectedto the top end of the moving table, conveying cavities are formed in the two conveying covers correspondingly, and two movable plates are symmetrically and movably arranged in the two conveying cavities correspondingly; first rotating shafts are fixedly connected to the side edges of one sides of the four movable plates correspondingly, one ends of the four first rotating shafts are rotationally connected with the inner walls of the conveying cavities at the corresponding positions, sliding rods are fixedly connected to the other side edges of one sides of the four movable plates correspondingly, and arc-shaped grooves are formed in the two sides of the inner walls of the two conveying cavities correspondingly. Through the arrangement of the movable plate, the first rotating shaft, the sliding rod and the arc-shaped groove, the rail is slowly separated from the conveying cavity through movement of the movable table until the rail completely falls down finally, so that when the rail isplaced in the mounting groove, multiple operators are prevented from holding the rail, and the operation risk of operators is reduced, and meanwhile, the labor cost for placing the rail on the mounting groove is reduced.
本发明公开了一种轨道交通用轨道铺设装置及其铺设方法,包括移动台,移动台的顶端对称固定连接有两个输送罩,两个输送罩的内部均开设有输送腔,两个输送腔的内部均对称活动设置有两个活动板,四个活动板一侧的边侧均固定连接有第一转轴,四个第一转轴的一端与相对应位置处输送腔的内壁转动连接,四个活动板一侧的另一边侧均固定连接有滑动杆,两个输送腔内壁的两侧均开设有弧形槽。本发明利用活动板、第一转轴、滑动杆、弧形槽的设置,通过移动台的移动,使得铁轨慢慢与输送腔分离,直至最后铁轨完全落下,使得铁轨在放置在安装槽时避免了多位操作工人去扶着铁轨,降低了操作工人操作的危险性同时降低了铁轨放置到安装槽上的人力成本。
