A telescopic device capable of resisting shaking of a suspension bridge comprises a first comb plate and a second comb plate which are in telescopic fit with each other, the root of the first comb plate is connected to a first supporting component, and the second comb plate is installed on a second supporting component, and is characterized in that the first supporting component is a fixed bottomplate used for being fixed to the end of a beam; the side, away from the end of the beam, of the fixed bottom plate is connected with the first comb plate through a connecting piece, and a running fitstructure is arranged between the root of the first comb plate and the fixed bottom plate. The telescopic device capable of resisting shaking of the suspension bridge has the advantages that the running fit structure is arranged between the root of the first comb plate and the fixed bottom plate, and the side, away from the end of the beam, of the fixed bottom plate is connected with the first comb plate through the connecting piece, so that the fixed bottom plate can longitudinally rotate and horizontally rotate relative to the first comb plate; the expansion joint device has a multidirectional displacement function, so that the expansion joint device can adapt to shaking of the suspension bridge, and damage to the expansion joint device due to shaking of the suspension bridge is avoided.
