The invention discloses a bridge crash barrier connecting device and a bridge. The bridge crash barrier connecting device comprises a concrete crash barrier and a plurality of connecting pieces. An inserting part is arranged on one side of the concrete crash barrier; one end of each connecting piece is connected with the steel structure crash barrier, and the other end of the connecting piece is inserted into the inserting part; the depth of the connecting piece inserted into the inserting part can be adjusted. According to the bridge crash barrier connecting device, the connecting pieces arearranged between the steel structure crash barrier and the concrete crash barrier, the steel structure crash barrier and the concrete crash barrier can restrain the connecting pieces under the automobile impact, the connecting pieces can deform, so that energy generated during collision can be absorbed, and the effect of the crash barrier is achieved. The connecting pieces are inserted into the concrete crash barrier, and the buffer space is formed between the end of the connecting piece and the bottom of the inserting part, so that the connecting piece can freely stretch out and draw back inthe inserting part to adapt to deformation of a bridge, and the adaptive capacity of the bridge crash barrier connecting device can be improved.
