Thin-layer composite concrete pavement structure suitable for steel box girder bridge deck and paving method
The invention discloses a thin-layer composite concrete pavement structure suitable for a steel box girder bridge deck. The pavement structure comprises an upper surface layer, a bonding layer, a lower surface layer, a waterproof bonding layer, an anti-corrosion layer and the steel bridge deck from top to bottom. The invention further provides a paving method of the thin-layer composite concrete paving structure suitable for the steel box girder bridge deck. The overall thickness of the whole pavement layer can be 25mm-65mm, and is reduced by about half compared with the conventional steel boxgirder bridge deck pavement thickness of 60mm-80mm, so that the construction cost of the pavement layer is reduced, the dead load requirement of bridge bearing is reduced, and the construction cost of the overall bridge structure can be allowed to be reduced to a certain extent.
本发明专利公开了一种适用于钢箱梁桥面的薄层复合混凝土铺装结构,所述路面结构自上而下包括上面层、粘结层、下面层、防水粘结层、防腐层和钢桥面。还提供了一种适用于钢箱梁桥面的薄层复合混凝土铺装结构的铺装方法。本发明整个铺装层整体厚度可为25mm~65mm,相比常规的钢箱梁桥面铺装厚度60mm~80mm减少一半左右,不但降低铺装层造价,并且桥梁承载的恒载要求减少,一定程度上可以允许减少整体桥梁结构造价。
