Manufacturing and construction method of carbon fiber inhaul cable
The invention relates to a manufacturing and construction method of a carbon fiber inhaul cable. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of (1) twisting: preparing a plurality of carbon fibers, bundling the carbon fibers in parallel, twisting the carbon fibers in a rotating way, and integrally wrapping and shaping a wrapping tape in a direction opposite to the twisting direction to obtain a bare cable; (2) carrying out extrusion molding; (3) blanking: partially stripping a polyethylene sheath; (4) anchor filling: bonding a fixing cover to the end of the partially exposed carbon fibers, and the carbon fibers being bitten to the outer side of a yarn dividing plate through the fixing cover; (5) tensioning: performing tensioning detection on the anchored carbon fiber inhaul cable, taking1.2 to 1.4 times of designed cable force of the overtensioning force of the inhaul cable, ensuring that the retraction value of a casting body in an anchor cup does not exceed 6mm after the tensioningis finished, unloading the tensioning force to 20% of the overtensioning force or bridging cable force after the tensioning is finished, and performing length measurement on the inhaul cable under the conditions of constant temperature and light shielding; and (6) carrying out coiling.
本发明涉及一种碳纤维拉索的制造及施工方法,其中,制造方法的步骤包括(1)扭绞:准备若干根碳纤维丝,平行成束,碳纤维丝采用旋转扭绞,然后整体绕包定型缠包带,缠包带绕向与扭绞方向相反,以此获得裸索;(2)挤塑;(3)下料:部分剥除聚乙烯护套;(4)灌锚:在部分外露的碳纤维丝端部粘接固定盖,通过固定盖将碳纤维丝咬住在分丝板外侧;(5)张拉:锚固后的碳纤维拉索进行张拉检测,拉索的超张拉力取1.2~1.4倍的设计索力,张拉完成要求锚杯内铸体回缩值不超过6mm,张拉后将张拉力卸载至20%的超张拉力或成桥索力,在此条件下对拉索进行测长检测,长度测量应在恒温、避光条件下进行;(6)盘卷。
