Shaped turnover vertical-rod-free formwork supporting system for steel-concrete composite bridge
The invention discloses a shaped turnover vertical-rod-free formwork supporting system for a steel-concrete composite bridge, which comprises a triangular truss supporting part A and an I-shaped steelsupporting part B. A main keel I of the triangular truss supporting part A is arranged up and down and is connected with a secondary keel I to form a triangular truss; the head end of the upper mainkeel I is connected with a steel structure channel beam flange plate through a direction adjusting box, the tail end of the upper main keel I is connected with a safety protection handrail through a safety protection handrail base, and the head end of the lower main keel I is connected with a steel structure channel beam web through an adjustable supporting base. A main keel II of the I-shaped steel supporting part B is arranged above a steel structure channel beam diaphragm, a secondary keel II is arranged above the main keel II, an adjusting type secondary keel II is arranged above or on oneside of the secondary keel II, and a wedge-shaped cushion block is arranged between a steel structure channel beam inclined diaphragm and the main keel II. The T-shaped cushion block is arranged below the inclined diaphragm, and the upper end of the T-shaped cushion block supports the main keel II. The system has the characteristics of being convenient to disassemble and assemble, convenient to transfer, economical and safe.
