The invention discloses a highway construction roadblock warning device which comprises a warning plate body, a supporting rod, an angle adjusting assembly, a base and a connecting assembly, the supporting rod is welded and fixed to the outer wall of one side of the warning plate body, and the angle adjusting assembly is fixed to the outer wall of one side of the supporting rod; the angle adjusting assembly comprises a lifting groove, a sliding groove, a limiting groove, a first motor, a first gear, a rack, a sliding block, a connecting plate, a rotating lug block, an adjusting plate, a photovoltaic panel, a connecting rod and a limiting ball, and the photovoltaic panel is installed outside the top end of the supporting rod. By adopting the angle adjusting device, the angle of the photovoltaic panel is adjusted, and then the photovoltaic panel is aligned to the illumination angle, so that the light energy conversion efficiency is improved, long-time power storage can be kept at night for a flash lamp to use, and the warning effect can be improved; and a connecting device is further adopted, so that the base can be fixedly connected with the ground, the base is prevented from beingblown down in windy days, and the warning effect of the warning board is reduced.
