A garbage collecting device and a garbage driving device which are oppositely arranged arerespectively arranged on two sides of a one-way road body; the garbage collecting device comprises a garbage collecting tank and a garbage collecting slit; the garbage driving device comprises an airoutlet slit, a movable fan, a control screw rod and a screw rod driving motor; the movable fan and the screw rod driving motor are controlled to be started and stopped through a remote control switch. The method for collecting the road garbage comprises the following steps: S1, a cleaner passes through a remote control switch; S2, the movable fan blows air from the air outlet slit to the garbagecollecting slit while moving in the direction of the control screw rod; S3, the garbage enters the garbage collecting tank under the action of wind power; S4, the movable fan and the screw rod drivingmotor are turned off; and S5, the cleaner takes out the garbage in the garbage collecting tank, and road cleaning is completed.
