The salvaging treatment device comprises a ship body, a collecting bin and a control chamber, wherein the collecting bin and the control chamber are both located on the ship body; the ship body is provided with a support and a first hydraulic cylinder; a conveying mechanism is hinged to the support; the first hydraulic cylinder is installed on the ship body; the telescopic end of the first hydraulic cylinder is connected with the conveying mechanism; a salvaging cutting mechanism is installed at the end, away from the ship body, of the conveying mechanism; the conveying mechanism is used for conveying the aquatic plants cut by the salvaging cutting mechanism; the conveying mechanism conveys the cut aquatic plants to the collecting bin; a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the collecting bin; the cleaning mechanism can clean all the aquatic plants on the conveying mechanism to the collecting bin; a controller is arranged in the control chamber; and the controller is electrically connected with the conveying mechanism, the salvaging cutting mechanism and the cleaning mechanism. The salvaging treatment device hasthe beneficial effects of being simple in structure and high in practicability.
