The invention relates to a novel construction method applied to comprehensive pipe gallery backfilling. The novel construction method mainly includes two aspects of comprehensive pipe gallery outer wall surface protection and comprehensive pipe gallery backfilling improvement. A comprehensive pipe gallery outer wall surface is wrapped and protected by spraying foaming quick-setting concrete; and asoil layer close to the outer wall surface of a pipe gallery is tamped by adopting an improved tamper. The novel construction method applied to comprehensive pipe gallery backfilling is simple in structure and convenient to use, the sprayed foamed concrete is innovatively used for protecting the pipe gallery, an existing tamping machine is modified, compared with a traditional backfill tamping method, the backfill quality close to the surface of the pipe gallery can be greatly improved, and more time is saved compared with the traditional method.
本发明涉及一种应用于综合管廊回填的新型施工方法,主要包括综合管廊外墙面的保护和综合管廊回填两个方面的改进;所述综合管廊外墙面保护采用喷射发泡速凝混凝土进行包裹保护;在贴近管廊外墙面土层采用改进后的夯实机具进行夯实。本发明结构简单、使用方便,创新的使用喷射发泡混凝土保护管廊的方法,并改造现有夯实机具,相比于传统回填夯实方法,能大大提高贴近管廊面的回填质量,并且比传统的方式更加节省时间。
