The invention discloses a construction method for preventing a side slope from rain wash, and belongs to the field of side slopes. The construction method comprises the following steps of: covering afelt bag outside bagged backfill soil; and forming a plurality of accommodating cavities for placing vegetation in the felt bag. Compared with the prior art that vegetation is directly planted on backfill soil, when the vegetation does not take root in the backfill soil, the vegetation is easily and directly washed down from the side slope under rain wash; or the bagged backfill soil and the vegetation are washed down from the side slope together during rainstorm, so that the greening rate of the side slope is reduced, and water and soil flow is severe, the construction method has the advantages that the felt bag covers the backfill soil, and the accommodating cavities with a plurality of openings are formed in the felt bag and are used for accommodating the root of the vegetation and bearing the gravity of the vegetation, so that when the root system of the vegetation cannot be inserted into the backfill soil, the bag body can achieve a supporting effect, and the vegetation is prevented from being washed down from the side slope by rainwater; meanwhile, after the root system of the vegetation penetrates through the felt bag and is inserted into the backfill soil, the felt bag canachieve the effect of preventing the bagged backfill soil from rolling down from the side slope; and the greening stability and the greening continuity in the side slope construction process are improved.
