The invention discloses a full-support structure disk pile and boulder combined pile foundation structure and a boulder treatment process, and relates to the technical field of bridge pile foundationconstruction. The structure comprises a boulder and extrusion disk piles, wherein the extrusion disk piles are arranged on the upper side of the boulder; support structures are arranged on the side surfaces of the extrusion disk piles, and are embedded in a sand layer and a silty clay layer at the top of the boulder; the top ends of the extrusion disk piles extend to the outer side of the soil layer; and prefabricated bearing tables are mounted at the tops of the extrusion disk piles. A plurality of extrusion disk piles are constructed at the top of the boulder with a certain width and thickness; and the squeezing is performed in the sand layer and the silty clay layer at the top of the boulder to form full-support structure disk piles. Pile ends of the disk piles are embedded in the boulder by 0.5-1m to form the full-support structure extrusion disk pile and boulder combined pile foundation structure. On the one hand, the bearing potential of the boulder is fully used; and on the other hand, the loads on the top surface of the boulder are reduced through the disk piles to achieve the effects of coordinated stress and common bearing.
本发明公开了一种全支结构支盘桩与孤石的组合桩基结构及孤石处治工艺,涉及桥梁桩基础施工技术领域,包括孤石和挤扩支盘桩,所述挤扩支盘桩设置在孤石的上侧,且挤扩支盘桩的侧面设置有支结构,所述支结构嵌入在孤石顶部的砂层和粉质黏土层中,所述挤扩支盘桩的顶端延伸至土层外侧,且挤扩支盘桩的顶部安装有预制承台。本发明在一定宽度及厚度的孤石顶部,施工若干根挤扩支盘桩,在孤石顶部的砂层、粉质黏土层中挤扩支,形成全支结构支盘桩。支盘桩的桩端嵌入孤石0.5‑1m,形成全支结构挤扩支盘群桩加孤石的组合桩基结构。一方面充分利用孤石的承载潜力,另一方面通过支盘桩降低孤石顶面的荷载,起到协调受力、共同承载的作用。
