Fabricated blast furnace construction method
The invention provides a fabricated blast furnace construction method. The fabricated blast furnace construction method comprises the steps that connecting pieces are prefabricated in foundations; theconnecting pieces between every two adjacent foundations are connected together in a sleeved mode; stirrup densification is conducted on the area between every two adjacent foundations which are connected in a sleeved mode; and concrete is poured between every two adjacent foundations to form a whole. The fabricated blast furnace construction method at least has the following advantages that 1, precast concrete construction is adopted, so that construction procedures are reduced, and the civil engineering construction period is greatly shortened; 2, manpower and material resources are saved and the manufacturing cost is reduced by utilizing large machinery; 3, the precast concrete with reliable quality is adopted for construction, so that the overall quality of the structure is more reliably controlled, and the structure quality problem caused by human factors can be greatly avoided; and 4, the period is shortened, and the potential safety hazard in the construction process is reduced.
本发明提出了一种装配式高炉施工方法,包括:在基础内部预制连接件;相邻的两基础之间的连接件通过套接的方式连接在一起;对套接后的相邻的两基础之间的区域进行箍筋加密;在相邻的两基础之间浇筑混凝土,形成一整体。本发明的方法至少具有以下优点:1、采用预制混凝土施工,减少施工工序,极大缩短了土建施工周期;2、利用大型机械节约人力,材力,降低造价;3、采用质量可靠的预制混凝土施工,对结构的整体质量把控更加可靠,可极大避免因人文因素造成的结构质量问题。4、缩短周期,降低了施工过程中的安全隐患。
