The invention relates to a construction method for eliminating an inner side construction joint of an underground structure outer wall. The construction method comprises the following steps that bottom plate steel bars are bound, and after the bottom plate steel bars are bound, wall plate steel bars are inserted; the steel bars are welded and fixed to be used for installing a water stop steel plate; steel bars are welded to the upper portion of the water stop steel plate for reinforcement; a steel wire net is arranged on wall plate vertical stress steel bars to be connected with the bottom plate steel bars; a formwork is hung to be installed; correction is conducted, and after the side corners of the formwork are straight, concrete pouring is conducted after the formwork is reinforced; formwork removal is conducted, after formwork removal is completed, upper layer wall plate steel bar binding is conducted, a wall plate inner side formwork is installed, the bottom of the formwork directly falls on a bottom plate, an outer side formwork is erected along the construction joint, after the formwork is installed, reinforcement is conducted, concrete pouring is conducted after perpendicularity is corrected, and vibration is reinforced in the pouring process; and formwork removal is conducted. The outer wall construction joint is eliminated, the appearance quality of concrete is improved, the waterproof performance of an underground structure is enhanced, and the later-period maintenance cost is reduced.
