The invention relates to the field of building waterproofing and drainage, in particular to a constructional engineering waterproofing and drainage construction method. The constructional engineeringwaterproofing and drainage construction method comprises the following steps that S1, mounting grooves communicating with an expansion joint are formed in the outer side surfaces of two building components on the two opposite sides of the expansion joint; S2, a drainage assembly is arranged at the groove bottom, away from the expansion joint, of each mounting groove; S3, the expansion joint is covered with waterproof flexible gaskets, and the waterproof flexible gaskets are installed in the two mounting grooves; S4, the waterproof flexible gaskets are covered with a water guide elastic plate,and the two ends of the water guide elastic plate are enabled to be clamped and matched in the two mounting grooves correspondingly; S5, a sun-proof assembly installed on the two building components is arranged above the water guide elastic plate; and S6, a prevention assembly which is installed on the two building components and used for receiving and discharging leaked water drops is arranged below the expansion joint. The method can better adapt to deformation of the expansion joint, and the effect of effectively preventing water leakage of the expansion joint is achieved.
