The invention provides an easy-to-repair buckling-restrained energy dissipation supporting structure. The easy-to-repair buckling-restrained energy dissipation supporting structure comprises a rigid support and a semi-rigid energy dissipation support. Flanges are arranged at the two ends of the rigid support and the two ends of the semi-rigid energy dissipation support correspondingly, a connecting inner pipe is coaxially fixed to the flange end of one end of the rigid support, an inner cavity matched with the connecting inner pipe in outer diameter is formed in the semi-rigid energy dissipation support, and the other end of the rigid support is fixed to a joint at one end of a steel frame through the flanges.
