The invention discloses a mounting structure of an arc-shaped glass curtain wall. The mounting structure comprises a frame used for being clamped on arc-shaped glass, and further comprises a frame supporting assembly and a rotary fixing assembly; the frame supporting assembly is rotationally connected with the frame and used for mounting the frame on a wall face; and the rotary fixing assembly isused for fixing the relative positions of the frame supporting assembly and the frame. According to the mounting structure, the frame supporting assembly can rotate relative to the frame, therefore, angle adjustment can be conducted according to the curvature of arc-shaped glass, the mounting structure is suitable for arc-shaped glass of various different curvatures, the position can be fixed through the rotary fixing assembly, and thus the technical effects that the angle of a supporting structure can be conveniently adjusted, the application range is enlarged, universality is improved, and the production cost can be reduced advantageously are achieved.
