The invention discloses a mounting structure of an arc-shaped glass curtain wall. The mounting structure comprises a frame used for being clamped on arc-shaped glass, and further comprises a frame supporting assembly and a rotary fixing assembly; the frame supporting assembly is rotationally connected with the frame and used for mounting the frame on a wall face; and the rotary fixing assembly isused for fixing the relative positions of the frame supporting assembly and the frame.
