Method for mounting PU composite color steel plate on ceiling
The invention discloses a method for mounting a PU composite color steel plate on a ceiling. The method comprises the following steps that an upper screw rod and a cross beam are fixed; the PU composite color steel plate is mounted on a lower connecting rod; the upper side of an annular piece is fixed to the upper screw rod in a threaded mode; the lower connecting rod is lifted, so that the upperend of the lower connecting rod penetrates through the lower side of the annular piece from bottom to top; a limiting ring is moved downwards to be arranged on the lower connecting rod in a sleeving mode, and a limiting block slides downwards along a vertical sliding groove and then is inserted into an arc-shaped groove; the limiting ring is rotated along the contour until the limiting block movesto the position below a clamping groove; lifting force acting on the lower connecting rod is unloaded until the top of the limiting block makes contact with the top of the clamping groove; and an upper nut is rotated to adjust the PU composite color steel plate to be suspended to the preset height. According to the method, the difficult operation steps are reduced, the mounting difficulty is reduced, meanwhile, the mounting convenience and rapidity are further improved, and the technical problems that the nut located on the inner side of the annular piece is inconvenient to screw, high in mounting difficulty, not easy to operate and the like are solved.
本发明公开了用于吊顶安装PU复合彩钢板的方法,包括如下内容:将上螺杆与横梁固定;将PU复合彩钢板安装在下连接杆上;将环形件的上侧螺纹固定在上螺杆上;举升下连接杆,使其上端从下往上穿过环形件的下侧;下移限位环,使其套设在下连接杆上,且限位块沿着竖向滑槽向下滑动后插入弧形槽中;沿着周线转动限位环,直至限位块移动到卡槽下方;卸载作用在下连接杆上的举升力,直至限位块顶部与卡槽顶部接触;转动上螺帽,以调PU复合彩钢板吊顶到预设高度。本发明不仅减少了困难操作步骤,降低了安装难度,同时还提高了安装的便利性和快速性,减小了位于环形件内侧的螺帽拧紧不便、安装难度大、操作不易等技术问题。
