The invention relates to a light steel frame prefabricated external wall panel with communicating cavities. The light steel frame prefabricated external wall panel comprises an inner side protection plate, a light steel keel framework and an outer side protection plate which are arranged in sequence. The light steel keel framework is separated by internal keels and inclined ribs to form a plurality of spacing cavities. Material through holes for communicating the adjacent spacing cavities are formed in the internal keels and the inclined ribs, each spacing cavity forms one or more communicating cavities through the material through holes, and heat insulation materials are poured and filled in the communicating cavities.
