The drainage and exhaust structure comprises a roof, aplurality of exhaust pipes and a plurality of outfalls, wherein the exhaust pipes and the outfalls are arranged on the roof; and the roof comprises a concrete structure layer, a lower waterproof layer, a heat preservation layer, a concrete protection layer and an upper waterproof layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein a separation seam is formed in the concrete protection layer, a groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the separation seam, of the bottom wall of the heat preservation layer, a drainage plate is arranged in the groove, the exhaust pipes andthe outfalls are formed in the position, corresponding to the drainage plate, of the roof, the bottom ends of the exhaust pipes abut against the drainage plate, and double-layer drainage structures are arranged at the outfalls. According to the drainage and exhaust structure for concrete heat preservation roof maintenance and the maintenance construction method, structure design is scientific andreasonable, roof maintenance quality is reliable, maintenance problems can be completely eradicated, and meanwhile the maintenance and treatment cost of the concrete heat preservation roof is greatlyreduced.
