The invention discloses a waterproof heat preservation type PVC plate. The waterproof heat preservation type PVC plate comprises PVC plate bodies and heat preservation plate bodies pasted to the surfaces of the PVC plate bodies; the PVC plate bodies and the heat preservation plate bodies are overlapped in a staggered mode; first flow guide grooves and second flow guide grooves which are perpendicularly crossed and communicate with each other are formed in gaps of the PVC plate bodies; and adjacent first flow guide groove and second flow guide groove are spliced on a plate body and then communicate with one another. According to the PVC plate, when the PVC plate bodies and the heat preservation plate bodies are staggered, overlapped and spliced, spliced joints are positioned in the gaps ofthe PVC plate bodies; the first flow guide grooves and the second flow guide grooves which are staggered and communicate with each other are formed, so that water at the spliced joints can permeate into the flow guide grooves and is quickly spread, the specific surface area is increased, and evaporation of the water can be further promoted; and two clamping blocks are arranged, so that clamping and fixing during splicing can be facilitated.
