The invention relates to a concrete formwork capable of being disassembled quickly. The problems that the concrete pouring formwork disassembling work efficiency is low, the workload is large, and a concrete wall is prone to being damaged are effectively solved. According to the technical scheme, the formwork comprises a formwork body; four sets of jacking units are arranged on the formwork body;each jacking unit comprises a rectangular groove formed in the inner side of the formwork body; a rectangular plate is installed in each rectangular groove; a plunger is fixed to the outer side face of each rectangular plate; plunger cylinders are fixed to the outer side face of the formwork body; the outer ends of the plungers extend into the plunger cylinders; a piston cylinder is fixed to the outer side of the formwork body; a piston is installed in the piston cylinder; the outer end of each plunger cylinder and the inner end of the piston cylinder are connected by a liquid pipe; and the piston moves inwards to push the four rectangular plates out of the rectangular grooves through hydraulic pressure. The formwork can be disassembled quickly in a labor-saving mode, the working efficiency is improved, the working difficulty is lowered, and meanwhile damage to a wall when a crow bar pries the formwork is avoided.
本发明涉及一种可快速拆模的混凝土模板,有效的解决了混凝土浇筑拆模工作效率低,工作量大,容易损伤混凝土墙体的问题;解决的技术方案包括模板主体,模板主体上设有四组顶起单元,每个顶起单元包括一个开设在模板主体内侧的矩形槽,矩形槽内安装有一个矩形板,矩形板的外侧面固定有一个柱塞,模板主体的外侧面固定有一个柱塞缸,柱塞外端伸入柱塞缸内,模板主体的外侧固定有一个活塞缸,活塞缸内安装有一个活塞,每个柱塞缸的外端与活塞缸的内端之间均连接有一个液管,活塞向内运动可通过液压将四个矩形板推出矩形槽外;本发明可快速省力地拆除模板,提高了工作效率,降低了工作难度,同时又避免了撬杠撬模板时对墙体的损伤。
