The invention discloses a building material vertical transportation device. The device comprises a body, a conveying body, a conveying driving assembly, an upper clamping assembly, and a lower clamping assembly. The body is suitable for being arranged at a conveying port of a floor; the conveying body is arranged on the body in an up-down moving mode, and at least part of the conveying body is suitable for extending to a position below the floor from a conveying opening when the conveying body is located at the lowermost position; the conveying driving assembly is used for driving the conveying body to move up and down; the upper clamping assembly is arranged on the body and is suitable for abutting against the upper surface of the floor; and the lower clamping assembly is arranged on thebody, one part of the lower clamping assembly is suitable for downwards extending out of the conveying opening, and the lower clamping assembly comprises a pressing part abutting against the lower surface of the floor. According to the embodiment of the building material vertical transportation device, the construction efficiency can be improved, and the safety of constructors is improved.
