The invention discloses a dust prevention and noise reduction system for a building. The system comprises a vertically-arranged base plate, and a dust prevention and noise reduction plate is arrangedon the side face of the base plate; the dust prevention noise reduction plate comprises a water supply partition plate and a noise reduction plate; the surface of one side of the noise reduction plateis uneven; a plurality of noise reduction holes are formed in the surface of one side of the dustproof noise reduction plate; a water supply pipeline is arranged in the water supply partition plate;the water supply pipeline is connected with a plurality of atomization nozzles; and the spraying ends of the atomization nozzles extend out of the surface of the noise reduction plate through the noise reduction holes. According to the dust prevention and noise reduction system for the building, the noise reduction plate, the water supply partition plate and the base plate are arranged into a whole; the atomization nozzles are arranged in the noise reduction holes in the noise reduction plate, the atomization nozzles can be protected, the dust prevention effect is better, and the surface of the noise reduction plate is arranged to be uneven; meanwhile, the noise reduction holes are formed, and the noise reduction effect is better; and during installation, the whole system is directly arranged on the periphery of a construction site, so that the layout is simpler.
