The invention discloses a conveying rail disconnecting device and method passing through a fireproof door. The conveying rail disconnecting device comprises a disconnecting section beam, a driving part and a locking mechanism, the driving part comprises a driving source, a main shaft, a mounting plate and a torsion plate, the driving source is in transmission connection with the main shaft, the main shaft is connected with the mounting plate, the mounting plate is connected with the disconnecting section beam, and the torsion plate is fixedly arranged on the driving source and connected with an upstream rail; and the locking mechanism comprises an electromagnetic lock, an electromagnetic lock mounting plate, an armature, an armature mounting plate, a deflector rod, a rotating shaft and a supporting seat, the electromagnetic lock is arranged on the electromagnetic lock mounting plate, the electromagnetic lock mounting plate is connected with a downstream rail, the supporting seat is arranged on the downstream rail, the armature mounting plate, the deflector rod and the rotating shaft form a rotating part rotating around the supporting seat, and the armature mounting plate is provided with the armature. The disconnecting section beam rotates freely, cannot be subjected to resistance of the driving source, can be rapidly disconnected, and can be driven by the driving source to rotate when being closed, an additional power supply is not need to be additionally arranged, and a system is safer and more reliable when the system is powered off.
