The invention discloses a damping-adjustable hinge, a cabin door structure and a spacecraft. The damping-adjustable hinge comprises a first hinge support, a second hinge support, a sleeve and a pre-tightening device which are made of a first metal material, the first hinge support and the second hinge support are rotatably connected through a rotating shaft, and a first anti-abrasion structure isarranged between the first hinge support and the second hinge support; the sleeve sleeves the rotating shaft and is relatively and fixedly matched with the first hinge support, the sleeve is rotatablymatched with the second hinge support, and a second anti-abrasion structure is arranged between the sleeve and the second hinge support; and the pre-tightening device is arranged on the rotating shaft and tightly presses the sleeve on the second hinge support, and the anti-abrasion structure is made of a second metal material. The whole damping-adjustable hinge is integrally made of metal materials, it can be guaranteed that the whole hinge has good strength and durability so as to adapt to severe environments such as outer space, abrasion during opening and closing is reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the damping of the hinge can be adjusted through the pre-tightening device.
