The invention discloses a push-pull type high-flame-retardance steel fireproof window based on a buffer assembly, and relates to the technical field of household equipment. The window comprises a window frame; a first buffer groove and a second buffer groove are formed in opposite inner side surfaces of the window frame; one side surface of a first sliding window is fixedly connected with a firstsealing strip; the peripheral surface of the first sealing strip is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the first buffer groove; one side surface of the second sliding window is fixedly connectedwith a second sealing strip; and the peripheral side of the second sealing strip is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the second buffer groove. Through the design of the first buffer groove, thesecond buffer groove, the first sealing strip, the second sealing strip, a spring, a buffer plate and a rubber buffer pad, part of resistance is provided for the first sliding window under the actionof the spring and the buffer plate, collision between the first sliding window and the window frame in the sliding process is effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the rubber buffer pad can achieve a great buffering effect, so that collision with the window frame is greatly reduced and the sealing performance of the fireproof window is improved.
