The fire exit door comprises a door frame, a door lock is fixedly installed in the middle of one side edge of the door frame, a door hinge is fixedly installed on the side edge, away from the door lock, of the door frame, a door body is fixedly installed on theinner side of the door frame and comprises a fire exit door plate, the fire exit door plate comprises a fire exit door plate body, a plurality of connectors are embedded in the fire exit door plate body, and pressure relief devices are installed in the connectors in a one-to-one correspondence mode. Through interaction between a plugging device and an elastic piece support, the elastic piece support can achieve the function of providing buffer displacement for a sealing barrel when the sealing barrel is impacted, meanwhile, a through hole in a sealing ring is opened to enable high-pressure airflow to pass through, and the effect of providing protection for a connecting position is achieved; and meanwhile, the pressure borne by the fire exit door plate is reduced, the probability of deformation caused by impact can be reduced, and combustion supporting caused by external air entering is avoided.
