Mounting method of infrared intelligent heating floor
The invention discloses a mounting method of an infrared intelligent heating floor. The mounting method comprises the following steps of pre-determining a temperature control configuration of a mounting position and a unit area of a temperature controller; leveling a ground and paving an anti-damp film; paving a main wire along a long edge direction of the floor and connecting the temperature controller, determining quality of branch wires and paving the branch wires in a spaced manner vertical to the main wire direction; paving a keel; paving the floor, splicing electric wires gradually, detecting whether the floor is heated normally or not once 4-5 rows of floors are detected till the floor is paved completely; and mounting the temperature controller on a wallspace after all bottom plates heat normally. According to the method, the infrared intelligent heating floor is mounted, so that the mounting quality and the mounting efficiency of the floor can be improved effectively.
本发明公开了一种远红外智能制热地板的安装方法,该方法包括如下步骤:预先确定温控器安装位置及单位面积的温控配置;平整地面,铺设防潮膜;沿地板长边方向铺设主线并接温控器,确定分线数量,并沿垂直于主线方向间隔铺设分线;铺设龙骨;铺设地板,同时逐个插接电线,每安装4‑5排地板检测一次地板是否正常发热,直至地板铺设完毕;确定全部底板发热正常后,将温控器安装于墙面。根据该方法对远红外智能制热地板进行安装,可有效提高底板安装质量及安装效率。
