The invention discloses a preparation process of a full-body ceramic tile. The preparation process of the full-body ceramic tile comprises the following steps of S1, adding water into a green body rawmaterial, and carrying out ball milling to obtain slurry; S2, sieving the slurry to remove iron, and performing spray granulation to obtain powder; S3, after the color of the powder is mixed, distributing the powder through distributing equipment to form a texture pattern, performing compression molding, throwing a blank, and drying to obtain a blank body, wherein the distributing equipment comprises a rack, a first conveying assembly, a second conveying assembly, a discharging baffle and a distributing assembly, the first conveying assembly is arranged on the rack, the second conveying assembly is arranged on the rack and located over the first conveying assembly, the discharging baffle is installed on the rack and located at the front end of the discharging end of the second conveying assembly, the discharging baffle is used for blocking powder discharged from the second conveying assembly to the first conveying assembly so as to enable the powder to perpendicularly fall onto the first conveying assembly, and the distributing assembly is located over the second conveying assembly; and S4, spraying the surface slurry on the green body, and carrying out ink-jet printing, firing and polishing to obtain the full-body ceramic tile.
