The invention discloses a hot pressing method of a PVC composite floor and the PVC composite floor, and relates to the technical field of PVC composite floors. The hot-pressing method of the PVC composite floor comprises the steps that a first material layer, a first bonding layer, a PVC base plate, a second bonding layer and a second material layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom are subjected to hot-pressing attachment, and the first bonding layer and the second bonding layer are both hot-melt-set copolymer bonding layers; wherein the hot-pressing laminating process comprises a heating stage and a cooling stage, the temperature is gradually increased and gradually increased in the heating stage, and the temperature is gradually reduced and gradually reduced in the cooling stage. A step-by-step temperature rising and step-by-step pressure rising mode is adopted in the heating stage so as to promote heat conduction; and a gradual pressure reduction mode is adopted inthe cooling stage to ensure that the whole material reacts under the pressure condition and does not curl, so that the purpose of one-step hot pressing is achieved.
