The invention discloses a reset mechanism for a turnover device of a water surface cleaning ship, the turnover device comprises a shell and a first sleeve arranged in the shell, a plurality of connecting shafts are uniformly distributed around the periphery of the rotating shaft, the first sleeve is arranged on the motion trails of the connecting shafts, and the first sleeve can be driven by a transmission shaft to rotate in the circumferential direction of the first sleeve; a strip-shaped through hole allowing the connecting shaft to enter is formed in the first sleeve, the first sleeve can be driven by the connecting shaft to move around the rotating shaft, and a reset mechanism used for resetting the first sleeve is connected to the first sleeve; when the elastic fan blades rotate to the position of the sleeve, the first sleeve stops rotating and completes radial reset, the position reset element enables the connecting shaft to be disengaged from the first sleeve after the first sleeve moving along with the connecting shaft rotates for a period of time, then the first sleeve completes position reset, and on the premise that normal rotation of the elastic fan blades is not affected, after the first sleeve turns over the elastic fan blades, the reset structure realizes resetting of the first sleeve.
