The invention discloses a gate pier pre-stressed anchor cable fixed end steel base plate transportation device and method. The transportation device comprises a walking track erected in a reserved anchor hole and a transportation vehicle capable of moving along the walking track. The method comprises the following steps: 1) erecting the walking track and processing the transportation vehicle; 2) hoisting the transportation vehicle to the walking track and checking whether the transportation vehicle passes smoothly; 3) hoisting the steel base plate to the transportation vehicle; 4) pulling thetransportation vehicle to a target position, and pushing the steel base plate to one side of a slope of the fixed end of the reserved anchor hole; (5) preliminarily fixing the steel base plate in a spot welding mode, and then fixedly connecting the steel base plate with an original embedded steel plate through bolts; and 6) rotating the hand wheel to retract the lead screw, and then pulling the transportation vehicle to an initial position. According to the gate pier pre-stressed anchor cable fixed end steel base plate transportation device and method, the carrying workload of workers is reduced; the construction difficulty is reduced; the mounting efficiency of the anchor base plate is effectively improved; and meanwhile, very good safety is ensured.
本发明公开了一种闸墩预应力锚索固定端钢垫板运输装置及钢垫板运输方法，该运输装置包括架设在预留锚孔内的行走轨道和可沿行走轨道移动的运输车；该方法包括以下步骤：1)架设行走轨道，加工运输车；2)将运输车吊运至行走轨道上并检验通行是否顺畅；3)将钢垫板吊运至运输车上；4)牵引运输车至目标位置，将钢垫板推送至预留锚孔固定端斜面一侧；5)以点焊的方式将钢垫板进行初步固定，然后采用螺栓将钢垫板与原预埋钢板连接固定；6)旋转手轮使丝杠缩回，然后牵引运输车至初始位置。本发明减小了工作人员搬运的工作量，降低了施工难度，有效的提高了锚垫板安装效率，同时还具有很好的安全性。
