The invention discloses a direct-drinking water purification and supply system which comprises a purification dual system, a sterile water storage tank, a dual-pump system, a water quality balancing device, a circulating water supply system and a disinfection and sterilization reflux device, wherein the purification dual system comprises two groups of water filtering assemblies which are connectedin parallel through pipelines and operate alternately, and a water inlet pipeline and a water outlet pipeline of each water filtering assembly are respectively provided with a water distribution electromagnetic valve and a water outlet control valve; the dual-pump system comprises two sets of water supply pumps which are connected in parallel through pipelines and operate alternately; and the circulating water supply system comprises a mother ring pipe and a branch ring pipe, the mother ring pipe is circularly arranged in a high-low extending manner, the branch ring pipe is circularly arranged in a horizontal extending manner, and the branch ring pipe is a circulating pipe and is detachably connected to the mother ring pipe. The direct-drinking water purification and supply system can stably provide sterile direct-drinking-level precision filtered water supply for a long time, meanwhile, no dead water is left in running water circulation of the whole system, and the direct-drinking water purification and supply system is stable in operation, efficient, durable and capable of flexibly arranging water taking pipelines.
