The invention relates to a preparation method of a concrete expanding agent, belonging to the technical field of concrete. According to the invention, vermiculite and aluminum oxide are used as basicraw materials and dissolved through nitric acid, so pores in the vermiculite are enlarged; aluminum ions are loaded in the pores, so subsequent strength is enhanced; then intercalation is conducted through an intercalating agent; then gamma-polyglutamic acid and an auxiliary material are mixed, calcium ions are increased through calcium nitrate in the auxiliary material and are adsorbed by the vermiculite and chelated by the gamma-polyglutamic acid, and the calcium ions and aluminum elements are wrapped and fixed by the gamma-polyglutamic acid, mixed with phosphogypsum and calcium oxide and enter the pores; and finally, wrapping with a wrapping agent is conducted so as to form the concrete expanding agent.
