By employing a foaming technology, a certain amount of cement foaming agent and other auxiliary materials are added into an existing cement thermal insulation material, so that the material consumption of the thermal insulation board is reduced, the cost is saved, the added straw particles can be used as components of the thermal insulation board, straw difficult to treat in farmlands can be utilized, environmental pollution is reduced, and a certain amount of fireproof polyphenyl particles are also added, so that the fireproof performance is improved.
