The invention relates to a preparation method of lightweight high-strength ceramsite, the prepared lightweight high-strength ceramsite and application. The method comprises the following steps of: (1)mixing stone coal acid leaching vanadium tailings, red mud and aluminum-containing auxiliary materials except the red mud to obtain a mixed material; and (2) granulating and roasting the mixed material obtained in the step (1) to obtain the lightweight high-strength ceramsite. According to the method, the industrial waste stone coal acid leaching vanadium tailings are used as a silicon source toproduce the ceramsite, the characteristic that the stone coal acid leaching vanadium tailings contain calcium sulfate is creatively utilized, calcium sulfate is used as a gas production component, theceramsite containing micropores can be obtained easily, and the requirement for lightweight is met; meanwhile, the red mud serves as a raw material, a certain amount of silicon and aluminum can be provided, the fluxing effect is achieved, the fluxing effect can be further improved due to addition of the aluminum-containing auxiliary materials except the red mud, the strength of the ceramsite canbe effectively improved, and the strength of the ceramsite can meet the use requirement.
本发明涉及一种轻质高强陶粒的制备方法及制得的轻质高强陶粒和用途。所述方法包括如下步骤:(1)将石煤酸浸提钒尾渣、赤泥和除赤泥外的含铝辅料混合,得到混合材料;(2)将步骤(1)所述混合材料进行造粒,焙烧,得到轻质高强陶粒。本发明中以工业废料石煤酸浸提钒尾渣作为硅源生产陶粒,并且创造性的利用石煤酸浸提钒尾渣含硫酸钙的特点,将硫酸钙作为产气成分加以利用,有利于获得含有微孔的陶粒,达到轻质的要求;同时,本申请中赤泥作为原料既可以提供一定量的硅铝,又具有助熔作用,除赤泥外的含铝辅料的添加不仅可以进一步增加助熔作用,而且还可以有效的提高陶粒的强度,使得到陶粒的强度满足使用要求。
