Ultralight ceramsite, preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to ultralight ceramsite, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the ultralight ceramsite comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing stone coalacid leaching vanadium tailings with red mud to obtain a mixed material; and (2) granulating and roasting the mixed material obtained in the step (1) to obtain the ultralight ceramsite. According to the method, the calcium sulfate-containing stone coal acid leaching vanadium tailings and the red mud are used as raw materials, and the ultralight ceramsite with low stacking density, low water absorption rate and sulfur content and water soluble matter content meeting requirements can be prepared through the steps of mixing, granulating, drying, roasting, cooling and the like by controlling the ratio of raw materials to auxiliary materials and roasting process parameters. And harmlessness and recycling of the two industrial wastes are realized.
本发明涉及一种超轻陶粒、及其制备方法和用途。所述超轻陶粒的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将石煤酸浸提钒尾渣和赤泥混合,得到混合材料;(2)将步骤(1)所述混合材料进行造粒,焙烧,得到超轻陶粒。本发明可以实现以含有硫酸钙的石煤酸浸提钒尾渣和赤泥为原料,经过混料、造粒、干燥、焙烧、冷却等步骤,通过控制原辅料配比和焙烧工艺参数,制备出具有堆积密度低、吸水率低、硫含量和水溶物含量满足要求的超轻陶粒,实现两种工业废料的无害化和资源化。
