The invention discloses an asphalt paving quality monitoring system which comprises high-precision positioning equipment, a thickness sensor, an infrared temperature sensor, a BIM central server, communication equipment, an alarm module, a liquid crystal display module and a BIM monitoring module. The BIM central server is connected with the communication equipment, the high-precision positioningequipment, the thickness sensor and the infrared temperature sensor, and the alarm module is connected with peripheral mobile equipment; and the communication equipment is connected with a BIM monitoring center. Data are obtained through the high-precision positioning equipment, the thickness sensor and the infrared temperature sensor, sent to the BIM center server and fed back to the BIM monitoring center through the communication equipment; and the BIM monitoring center can timely adjust the work of the construction site according to the real-time acquisition condition of the data, so that the paving quality of an asphalt pavement is ensured.
