The invention provides a landslide zone anti-slide pile construction system and method. A movable baffle of a temporary safety protection device is arranged on a construction platform of an anti-slidepile in a surrounding manner; an assembly type closed top cover is hinged to one side of a locking opening in the top of the anti-slide pile; an adjustable inner supporting easy-to-dismount die is arranged at the to-be-constructed pit bottom of an anti-slide pile pit; a plurality of position correcting frames of lifting type pit wall detection equipment are arranged in an up-down spaced array manner, and the adjacent position correcting frames are connected through telescopic rods; distance sensors are arranged on the side edges of the position correcting frames and used for sensing the distance between the position correcting frame pit walls; an anti-falling safety cover plate is arranged at the lower portion of the anti-slide pile pit; and an integral type shaping fixing supporting frame is positioned and arranged outside a reinforcement cage of the pile body. According to the landslide zone anti-slide pile system, the safety of manual hole digging work is improved through the arrangement of the multiple kinds of safety protection equipment, the anti-slide pile hole forming precision and construction efficiency are improved through the novel detection equipment and a formwork supporting structure, and benefits are remarkable.
本发明提供了滑坡带抗滑桩施工体系及施工方法,通过临时安全防护装置的可移动式挡板围设在抗滑桩的施工平台上;装配式封闭顶盖铰接在抗滑桩顶部的锁口的一侧;可调式内撑易拆模具设在抗滑桩坑待施工的坑底上;提拉式坑壁检测设备的多个校位框上下间距阵列设置,相邻校位框通过伸缩杆连接;距离感应器设在校位框的侧边,用于实现感应校位框图坑壁之间的距离;防坠落安全盖板设在抗滑桩坑的下部;整体式定型化固定撑架定位设在桩身钢筋笼外。本发明所涉及的滑坡带抗滑桩体系通过设置多种安全防护设备提升人工挖孔作业的安全性,并采用新型检测设备及支模结构提升抗滑桩成孔精度及施工效率,效益显著。
