The rainwater and sewage diversion treatment device comprises a box body, a switching structure and a residue filtering structure; the switching structure and the residue filtering structure are arranged in the box body, and the switching structure is in pipeline connection with the residue filtering structure; the switching structure performs rainwater and sewage diversion according to different densities of sewage and rainwater; and the residue filtering structure is used for filtering impurities inthe sewage through backflow. The switching structure is used for shunting the sewage and the rainwater according to different densities of the sewage and the rainwater, meanwhile, the residue filtering structure is used for shunting the impurities and the water through backflow so as to remove the impurities, thus the siphon principle is used for settling the impurities in the sewage, and the effect of quickly switching flow channels is achieved.
