Integrated non-dismantling formwork and construction process thereof
The invention discloses an integrated non-dismantling formwork. The formwork comprises a body, a preset pouring groove is formed in the body, and supporting grooves correspondingly intersecting with the groove type direction of the pouring groove are formed in the two side faces of the preset pouring groove. By arranging the preset pouring groove in a cut block, the pouring groove and the supporting grooves expand the longitudinal and transverse space shear strength of the cut block, in the connecting process, only one face of the preset pouring groove of the non-dismantling formwork needs tobe inward after framework forming, in the pouring process, part of slurry fluid can flow into the preset pouring groove, the whole wall face is self-integrated after being chilled and hardened, the strength is far higher than that of bonding or nailing of two non-dismantling formworks, the process is simpler, the workload of constructors is greatly reduced, the material cost is effectively reduced, the construction cost is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the overall service life of a building can be effectively prolonged in an expected mode, and structural heat preservation integration is truly achieved.
