The invention discloses a high-strength heat-preservation color steel sandwich panel. The high-strength heat-preservation color steel sandwich panel comprises a lower color steel plate, a heat-insulation inner core, an upper color steel plate, a heat-preservation structure and a C-shaped galvanized part, wherein the upper color steel plate is arranged above the lower color steel plate; the heat-insulation inner core is arranged between the lower color steel plate and the upper color steel plate; rectangular grooves are formed in the outer walls of the lower color steel plate and the upper color steel plate on the two sides of the heat-insulation inner core; the heat-preservation structure is arranged in the heat-insulation inner core; the outer walls of the lower color steel plate and theupper color steel plate on the two sides of the heat-insulation inner core are coated with an adhesive; the surface of the adhesive is adhered with refractory fiber cloth; and the outer walls of the sides, far away from the refractory fiber cloth, of the lower color steel plate and the upper color steel plate are sprayed with fireproof coatings. The compressive strength of the color steel sandwichpanel is improved, so that the color steel sandwich panel is not liable to sink or deform, the heat-preservation effect of the color steel sandwich panel is improved, and the fire resistance of the color steel sandwich panel is enhanced.
本发明公开了高强度保温彩钢夹芯板，包括下彩钢板、隔热内芯、上彩钢板、保温结构和“C”型镀锌件，所述下彩钢板的上方设置有上彩钢板，且下彩钢板和上彩钢板之间设置有隔热内芯，并且隔热内芯两侧的下彩钢板和上彩钢板外壁上皆设置有矩形凹槽，所述隔热内芯的内部设置有保温结构，所述隔热内芯两侧的下彩钢板和上彩钢板外壁上皆涂抹有粘合剂，且粘合剂的表面粘黏有耐火纤维布，所述下彩钢板和上彩钢板远离耐火纤维布一侧的外壁上皆喷涂有防火涂料。本发明不仅提高了彩钢夹芯板的抗压强度、使得彩钢夹芯板不易凹陷或变形，改善了彩钢夹芯板的保温效果，而且增强了彩钢夹芯板的耐火性能。
