The invention discloses a double-curved-surface aluminum plate curtain wall and a manufacturing process thereof. The double-curved-surface aluminum plate curtain wall comprises a double-curved-surfacealuminum plate; the double-curved-surface aluminum plate comprises a face plate and bent edges; the bent edges are connected to four side edges of the face plate respectively and are bent towards theinner surface of the face plate; reinforcing ribs are fixed on the inner surface of the face plate and are of angular structures with L-shaped sections; one sides of the reinforcing ribs are attachedto the face plate; the other sides of the reinforcing ribs are perpendicular to the face plate; the bent edges on the left side and the right side of the face plate are each connected with an L-shaped hanging lug; one sides of the L-shaped hanging lugs are fixedly attached to the inner sides of the bent edges correspondingly; the other sides of the L-shaped hanging lugs are perpendicular to the bent edges correspondingly face the outer side of the face plate, and are provided with connecting piece through holes; the bent edge on the upper side of the face plate is provided with a hanging edgewhich is bent downwards; the bent edge on the lower side of the face plate is provided with a hook; the hook comprises a hook part which is bent towards the outer surface of the face plate; and in vertically adjacent double-curved-surface aluminum plates, the hanging edge on the upper part of the next double-curved-surface aluminum plate is inserted into the hook on the lower part of the previousdouble-curved-surface aluminum plate.
