The device comprises a box body, a cart, and a spray head; the box body is fixedly mounted at one side of the cart; a stirring device is arranged in the box body; the spray head is fixedly arranged at one side of the bottom end of the box body through a batching device in a communicating mode; the spray head is fixedly mounted at one side of a rotating device; an inner gear is rotationally installed in the side, away from the spray head, of the rotating device; the internal gear is in transmission engagement with a worm; the worm is rotationally mounted in a concave column; the concave column is fixedly mounted at one side, far away from the box body, of the cart; the top end of the worm is in transmission connection with a second motor; the second motor is electrically connected with a controller; and the controller is fixedly mounted on the cart. According to the waterproof material spraying device for building construction, the height of the spray head arranged on the device can be adjusted in the vertical direction, so that wall surface spraying is facilitated; and the spray head can rotatein the horizontal direction, and therefore when the device works, the spraying area of the spray head is increased, and the spraying efficiency is high.
