The invention discloses a thermal insulation material mechanical spraying device which comprises a material box and an air pump; the bottom of the material box is fixedly connected with a bottom frame; one side of the bottom frame is provided with a transverse moving mechanism; the transverse moving mechanism is slidably connected with a lifting mechanism; the lifting mechanism is slidably connected with a material spraying mechanism; the top of the material spraying mechanism is fixedly connected with a scraping plate; and the material spraying mechanism is communicated with the material boxthrough a pipe. According to the thermal insulation material mechanical spraying device, materials can be sprayed through the combined action of the lifting mechanism and the transverse moving mechanism, and paint can be flattened through the scraping plate arranged on the material spraying mechanism, so that the construction steps are simplified, the efficiency is improved; and meanwhile, when the scraping plate flattens the paint on the wall surface, the paint is collected through a material returning device so as to be recycled, so that the cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is good.
