The invention provides a formwork construction method for a cantilever structure of a building main body, and belongs to the technical field of supporting system construction. The formwork construction method is characterized by comprising the following steps that 1) a top beam (7) is arranged on the upper side of a foundation pit supporting column (6); 2) a main beam (4) is arranged between the upper side of a garage top plate of a main body structure and the top beam (7); and 3) a supporting frame body (1) is erected on the upper sides of the garage top plate and the main beam (4), a scaffold (2) is erected on the upper side of the main beam (4), and supporting of the supporting frame body (1) is completed. According to the formwork construction method for the cantilever structure of thebuilding main body, the supporting frame body on the lower portion of a cantilever outer eave and a formwork frame body in a floor are perfectly connected into a whole, and the overall stability is greatly improved; and meanwhile, the height of the supporting frame body of the cantilever outer eave part is reduced, and the safety is greatly improved.
