The invention relates to a hydraulic oil jacking self-locking oil cylinder device used for a steel supporting axial force servo system. The device comprises a box body and an oil cylinder mounted in the box body. The oil cylinder comprises an oil jacking piston, a supporting end is arranged at the end of the oil jacking piston, and an external thread is machined on the surface of the oil jacking piston. A gear self-locking mechanism cooperating with the oil jacking piston is further arranged in the box body, the gear self-locking mechanism comprises a self-locking nut, a thread cooperating with the external thread on the surface of the oil jacking piston is machined on the self-locking nut, and the self-locking nut is driven by a driving unit and drives the oil jacking piston to move. Locking arrangement of the self-locking oil cylinder device is improved through a self-locking nut thread lock structure, the problems that self locking and jamming of an oil jacking piston are caused bya traditional ratchet wheel, and pressure relief cannot be conducted on oil jacking smoothly are avoided, disassembling is smooth, and adjustment is convenient.
本发明涉及一种用于钢支撑轴力伺服系统的液压油顶自锁油缸装置,包括箱体以及安装在所述箱体内的油缸,所述油缸包括油顶活塞,所述油顶活塞端部设置支撑端头,所述油顶活塞表面加工出外螺纹,所述箱体内还设有与所述油顶活塞相配合的齿轮自锁机构,所述齿轮自锁机构包括自锁螺母,所述自锁螺母加工出与所述油顶活塞表面外螺纹相配合的螺纹,所述自锁螺母通过驱动单元驱动,并带动所述油顶活塞移动。本发明通过自锁螺母螺纹锁结构改善自锁油缸装置的锁紧设置,避免出现传统棘轮自锁卡死油顶活塞、不能顺利对油顶泄压的问题,拆卸顺畅、调节方便。
