The invention relates to a 35kV distribution line low-current induction energy taking safety warning device which comprises a warning board, an alarm unit, a control unit and a sensing unit, the alarmunit, the control unit and the sensing unit are located on the warning board, and the alarm unit and the sensing unit are connected with the control unit. The sensing unit is used for sensing a machine tool or a vehicle close to a wire and sending a sensing signal to the control unit, and the control unit is used for controlling the alarm unit to give an alarm after receiving the sensing signal so as to prompt a vehicle driver or a machine tool operator to pay attention to the wire above. When an object approaches the wire, the warning board gives out stroboflash light and warning sound to remind the vehicle driver or the machine tool operator to pay attention to the electrified wire above, so that the possibility of tripping of a distribution line caused by external force damage is reduced.
